We are committed to providing advance Lead Chalcogenides Films (PbSe and PbS) to manufactures of Lead Chalcogenide Infrared sensors.   It has come to our attention that our New Technologies may also have applications within the Solar Cell marketplace.  Our Technologies are the first to allow:

• Lead Selenide depositions to adhere to silicon and be sensitized

  • Provides increase surface area and alternative films

• Manufacturing process for depositing Lead Selenide 

  • Ability to vary thickness and grain size 

• Sensitization of the Lead Selenide film 

• Multi-layer films available to improve performance

  • Oxides, Nitrides, Amorphous Silicon (patented doping process), Oxy-Nitrides are also available 

These ADVANCEMENTS will offer many new opportunities for Infrared Sensors and Focal Arrays.
